What is xrprints?
xrprints makes personalized printed greeting cards with a 3D or Augmented Reality effect. You pick a design, add your own photos, text and video in our online editor, and we print and ship the card. When the receiver scans it with a phone, the card comes to life in the browser.
Do they need an app to see the effect?
No. The AR experience runs directly in a modern mobile browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android). The receiver scans the QR code on the card or opens the link, points the camera at the front of the card, and the effect plays.
Is the camera image stored?
Never. The camera is only used live on the phone to find the card and play the effect. Nothing is recorded, uploaded or stored.
What can I personalize?
That depends on the template. Most cards let you replace text, add a photo and add a short video (MP4 or WebM, up to 30 seconds). Photos can be moved and resized where the design allows it.
How are the cards printed and shipped?
Cards are printed on 350gsm card stock with a matte finish and dispatched within 48 hours with tracked shipping. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days.
Do I need an account?
You can design a card without an account. Your work is saved on your device while you edit. Creating a free account lets you find your cards again on another device and reorder them later.
Can I order the same card again?
Yes. Ordered cards stay in "My cards". Open one to reorder it, or duplicate it to make a new version.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy with the print, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint or refund it. The AR experience stays active for 6 months after your order, and you can extend it in My cards.
